Winter weight. It's cold out.
Does anyone tape their number on? Using pins, and then tape around the surrounding edges to give a clean bond that air cannot get underneath and cause drag? There's nothing I can see in the rules against it.

Yes. I mean, not me personally, but yes people do tape their numbers on.
