yup - all valid points :)
I had meant to lost the pack and bottle, but my mad panic to get to the start after sorting out the punctures meant I forgot...
Didn't have much choice with the number pinning as one of the pins snapped/pinged off about 50m up the road :P
Will have to practice the shrugging and will get on the turbo and play with the position and trainer road to check that power doesn't drop off.
