    Do you spend 10 mins stretching pre-ride?
    Do you ride fixed? Can you realistically gear down?
    Have you had a proper bike fit and are you on the same setup they advised?
    Have you seen a physio?

    If no to any of those, STOP WHINING (kindergarten cop reference).
    If yes to all, sympathies.

    Perhaps question two should be "no," rather than "yes," to loose any aspect of sympathy.
