    An observation that may assist those who are afflicted with fixie knee.

    The summer can be a happy collection of quick, "single" pints on the way home. As well as aggrevating any tendancy to gouty arthritis, dehydration can be an issue.

    Try drinking a pint of water every morning first thing, then 11 am, lunch, 3pm and before bed, and see if this helps.
