Right, I have (very easily) created a route in Ride With GPS on my Note, saved it and then downloaded it.
I can navigate to the downloads folder and see the file.
How would I go about moving this to an SD card, or, better, transfer it directly to the "new rides" file on my Garmin 800 via a USB cable?
