I thought that one of the things you bought with Campag was the ability to pay more for it than the equivalent Shimano equipment?
i.e. Campag restrict supply through their commercial strategy, which enamours them to higher end bike shops as they make more margin and can sell extra servcies- fit, foot-beds, etc etc.
