  • Campag is very good, as is Sram. My only issue with Campag is using the thumb shifters when in the drops. The front trim thing can be annoying too.

    I have tiny hands. But this has never been an issue for me. I think thats down to lever position and bar shape. Campact bar + plus flat hood position, gives easy access to the lever from the drops.

    The front mech needs pecise set-up (at least with rotor rings). Then you can use the first 6 cassette rings without trimming, then 1 click to cross chain a touch.

    Personally I love the levers of SR. The clickety click, and the ability to shift from anywhere on the lever.

    Still intrigued by EPS. But even as a SR using MAMIL. I'm amazed at the price. Compare a Athena EPS upgrade package, with a Ultegra.
