you need a spacer on top of the compression ring to fix the headset.
others seem to be using omniums fine, have they forgotten to crimp chainstay a bit?
sloppy welding on the stays or top tube. take a file to the inside of the seat tube where the welds are.
Tell mielec their build and quality control are shit.
