So I decided to do the Dunwich Dynamo on the Lo-Pro... after about 10miles had a blow-out that ripped through the sidewall right next to the bead - changed the tube and carried on to Moreton where I noticed that the new (and only spare 650c) tube was bulging through the tear and very nearly clipping the brake pad... with nothing to fashion into a boot, I bound the deflated tyre and rim (no more front brake!) in electrical tape, pumped it back up to about 50psi and proceeded with caution...
Managed to thud (tape hitting tarmac) the last 100 miles with only a rear brake, Awesome fun! Surprisingly comfortable on a Lo-Pro too... can't wait for next year's!
