Strava cyclist in SF who killed a pedestrian spared jail

Three years of probation and 1,000 hours of community service seems an easy ride so to speak. Obviously we don't know the exact circumstances of the case, but the fact remains that the rider ran over and consequently killed a guy.

He'd probably have got less if he used his car....
