Does anyone have any experience with recent Prevails? I got one when they first came out and loved it. Recently, the padding on the front of the headband/pad part at the front wore through and it was cutting into my forehead and quite painful. I was about to buy a set of replacement pads when I was involved in a crash and smashed the helmet.
I got a new one under the crash replacement scheme, but this new one's padding/headband has a sharp, hard lip that runs under the padded section (which seems a little less padded than the old one?). This new one cuts into my head as badly as the old worn one. Has anyone else found this, does it wear in, if I order replacement pad things, will they be just as bad as the ones in my new helmet?
