Got involved in this (Spit & Roast) last night at the fan park. Had a chicken burger.... damn it was GOOD. The chicken was super moist and the marinade / seasoning was superb.

Not sure if anyones mentioned it, apologies if this has been covered elsewhere - Tour de France fan park starts next Monday at Wood Wharf, 5 mins walk from Canary Wharf station. Should be excellent spot for watching outdoors on a pretty jumbo screen and you have the added delights of sampling cracking grub such as Buttermilk fried chicken from my van, Spit & Roast. Bleeker Burger there too who are ridiculously good, Zan took her inspiration from Shake Shack and ran with it. Discounts of course to any forum peeps, ask for Ross.
