Cereal followed by tuna.
We had a fair bit of help, first by the chasseurs des cols wearing pair, but they dropped back, then me, my mate Liam, branwen and a guy called George rode for a while in a pretty efficient chaingang
Then London Phoenix helped us keep a ridiculous end 50 mile average.
I love group riding, especially being at the front
