the curse of spotty spots on my D600 has finally become a reality... only a handful of spots but I think it's about time to call the professional...
I did the 'white wall and use curves in PS' to check for oil/dust spots, and yes, there were a few. They don't show up on any images though. I was aware of the issue before I bought the cam, and it's reassuring to know that Nikon will sort it if it is a problem. but i'm not sure if the spots are because of the much discussed 'oil issue', or just dust specks from normal use. I shall monitor the situation.
What annoys me far more is the non-appearance of my 'cashback' card which was offered as an incentive to buy. I had a feeling that getting it wouldn't be quite as straightforward as advertised...
