I've not trawled through all the previous posts recently but i'm sur this tent has been mentioned several times previously - http://www.gelert.com/products/solo_tent
Gelert solo, one person tent. I picked one up on eBay for £35 and just spent the last ten days cycling around the Austrian Alps and into the Black forest in Germany - the tent worked perfectly, the weather was mainly warm and dry but I did have several periods of quite heavy rain - no problems at all though.
My only concern was that it would have an issue with condensation, and I'd heard other having the same issue - the solution: an Alpkit Bivvy Bag over my sleeping bag!
I'll definately use it again and would recomend it to anyone looking for a cheap tent!
