Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

hand on heart does anyone here always without fail obey the highway code ? I mean as soon as a pedestrian even looks to be about to cross the road you stop for them? even if it means pulling a big fuck off fixie skid?

There's a lot going on the road grabbing my attention. Sometimes I miss zebras until the last moment. Peds also need to understand the highway code that says LOOK first before deciding to cross. Vehicles should only stop if they can come to a safe stop and not pulling big fuckoff skids. You'd be an idiot to step into that path. What fucks me off are the selfish twats that stream past me as I've stopped for a person on a zebra crossing.
