Initial reaction is yes, but a) I'd want to know what harness (that may be in there and I missed it) and b) new Ultegra Di2 is coming, with 11 speed, so you may not want to do what I did and buy a soon-to-be obsolete group.
That said my totally obsolete DA Di2 is awesome, so I don't care.
