This arrived today, courtesy of Brick Lane Bikes:
A Reynolds 2000 double-butted titanium tubset. OK, so this one's CP2 rather than 3Al-2.V, but it's still titanium. Time to fire up the TIG welder. I've never welded titanium before, though, so I probably ought to practice first.
