Don't forget Talbot Framework, Sven Cycles and Demon Framework too, they're both like Oak, are recent addition to the list of growing British framebuilder, some framebuilder are cheaper than other due to lack of experience, my Oak was one example which turn out brilliant in the end despite the huge risk.
BB30 may be more of a hassle as it have a very tight tolerated, Dammit was about to have it on his custom bicycle but in the long term, the old external BB is a better option.
