^yeah the 14R is definitely an option. Sumo mentioned Steve Goff to me the other day but apparently he can take his sweet time building a frame (I've heard 8 months is not out of the ordinary). Does anyone have an email address for him anyway though?

8 months sound about right for a custom frame, the average tend to be 6 months.

I think you've gotta write or phone, that kinda put me off asking to be honest, don't want to waste so much of his time for a quote.

Framebuilders would be out of business if they think you're wasting their time when giving you a quote, how else are you going decided what you want from a bicycle.
