Nothing is wrong with lugged track frames?! But I'd take a steel Reynolds 853 fillet brazed track frame (with Royce drop outs and custom sizing/geometry) over most lugged track frames any day!!!
I'm not a big fan of sparkle paint jobs, I was when I got my 3Rensho in 2007 though.
