Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

hand on heart does anyone here always without fail obey the highway code ? I mean as soon as a pedestrian even looks to be about to cross the road you stop for them? even if it means pulling a big fuck off fixie skid?

I always stop at zebra crossings if it's safe. If it's not safe and I have to roll through, I apologise. I also always wait when the lights at pedestrian crossings are flashing amber, and wait for everyone to finish crossing. It doesn't cost me anything.
