Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

I pretty much afford most people that section. Once they've stepped onto it, I don't move until they're practically stepping off it, unless it's a hideously busy one where I'll take a chance when they're just about halfway across. Case in point Long Acre/Endell St in Covent Garden.

hand on heart does anyone here always without fail obey the highway code ? I mean as soon as a pedestrian even looks to be about to cross the road you stop for them? even if it means pulling a big fuck off fixie skid?
