It looks like Cloud 9 Cycles are finally back in business on Store Street after having to vacate Camden. I walked past last Wednesday and the shop wasn't yet open, but their website says it now is. Good chaps to talk with if you want to do cycle touring, they can order you a tent which uses your bike as part of the structure, so you know for sure if someone tries to nick it.
