how remiss of me to not do a post-ride-post.
I have no experience of off-road riding.
This was almost completely off-road and as such I feel I was on the wrong bike! I really enjoyed the ride but it would have been much more comfy with front shocks. indeed I find myself shocked just writing that - me who has always derided such things on all but the most rocky terrain.
anyway cheers to john & chris for guiding us and everyone who made it such fun.
also a REP to John for covering us in his dust!
