I've got the Rotor's, they are very nicely made- I cannot say whether or not they'd suffer the same failure as your Omnomnoms though I'm afraid.

I do like the modular nature of the Rotor- you can swap arms to different spiders and so forth.

I do like the look of the Rotors and I love the ones on my road bike. Did I just imagine it or is there some way of getting cheap Rotor componoents (Spanish Ebay, German retailers or one specific supplier)?
