This is an A / Semi Race in 70 cm.
Has nothing to do with time trial, although the same top tube was used, both have a wishbone seatstay and concave seat tube. I.i.r.c., the top tube was made like this for the 70 cm (was bent in the same shape as a ladies low instep) and after the first attempts with straight top tube, also used for lo pro time trial frames.
AA-Super and A-70 cm were introduced almost at the same time (around 1985).
Several hundreds have been made, so not that exclusive.
There are even a couple of 80 cm frames like this...
