Rat Bikes! Pub Bikes Beaters! Frankenbikes!

Not trying to be a dick or something but to me it looks like the red on the frame is paint and the grey/ white is raw alu not the reversed . The splatter pattern is almost to perfect to be masked/paint..

I've done some patinating/splatter effect on metal and it looks very much like it, i could be wrong though.. ;-)
