Odds on a good will replacement from SRAM? 2.5 years old (std SRAM warranty is two years). Bought from a US LBS via ebay.com. Any point whining to them about the Ergo 2s, S-Works Prevail, Rapha club jersey and packet of Bevia breakfast biscuits that have been destoryed in the resulting crash?

did you use the pedal washers? I vaguely remember there being a leaflet with my omniums saying to use the washers to stop this happening. i am not a mdcc tester though.
