Following the edges of my DZR falling apart back in Jan, the mounting plate snap just like this in Feb, so a total of 5 months before my DZR rendered useless. If you buy the from always riding, ask them for a replacement. If you bought them somewhere else and if the dealer is unable to get you a replacement pair for whatever reasons then get straight onto DZR in the US, they will either send you a pair from them directly or in my case, they got always riding to send me a pair and I didn't even buy from them... I never showed them any receipt or anything, they just did it based on trust. Or maybe they know their shoes don't last mode than 12 months so no receipt is needed...
