Wise words from you Oliver...... when I am plodding along through the lanes and people come bombing past me yelling about whether their ride times are going better this year and which sportives they have signed up to. I always say ' slow down, you won't win anyway, just enjoy it'.
It is such a magical ride. Take it easy and enjoy the ride.
P.S. BIG respects to you and Skully for helping out at the feed station. It is your help that means punters like myself get to the coast - give thanks....
