Watched a guy snap his Thompson Elite seatpost in our vice at work earlier - helped him try to get the rest out of his frame, which got duly fucked with a hammer - he ended up riding home SS and saddleless. Was a sound dude though - had retro bladed carbon Time forks on a steel frame which was rad - and used to go out on Friday night rides with benjaminbunny and Mark (Pissed up Pista) etc.
