You need to tap the thread into the bore of the axle, which is conveniently already almost exactly the correct size for an M6 pilot bore. Then you need 2-off M6×20mm 12.9 grade countersunk socket cap machine screws, 2-off cup washers and a 4mm Allen key in your tool bag.
