Any replacements need to be done before the tournament starts.

If the sub is on original list, no problem. If they aren't, then the captains need to approve (as they did with Chris)

shouldn't the replacement players be picked from the original list instead of adding new players? It seems unfair on people who signed up and didnt get picked (like me)
