Can't find it now, but I read on Velonews (I think) comments from various companies that short+sharp burst of braking, as opposed to long drags, are a lot better for carbon rims. Just thought that might be useful info for people worried about their rims.
SF, have you retired your rear wheel because of what happened to the front? Or has something similar happened to the back too?
