  • I did a long ride this weekend. I got 2 problems:

    1. I got pain in my Achilles in my left leg. I had a cramp and it's still painful. Walking up stairs is especially annoying.

    2. Even though I got a nice Selle San Marco saddle and a nice cycling short, I have a problem with pain in that little place between my anus and my balls. It results into numbness and that's not a good thing. I hope to have kids one day. I've placed my saddle a little bit forward and it's a bit better but now I have to keep moving myself back to the back of the saddle.

    Is there someone here with tips?

    1. Try moving your cleats back a bit
    2. Try a different saddle so the weight is on your sit bones, adjust so you're not sitting on the nose of the saddle and a bunch of other bike fit-related suggestions
