Make sense (and can emphasised going up the alps), honestly if you're that worried, a good old Shimano dynamo front wheel and a convertor to charge your device while on the move is the best solution.
It was our only solution when we were wild camping in Spain and needed to charge the GoPro when not in use.
When we stop to eat, we usually find a place that have a plug so we can charge while having a break, even if it's just half an hour.
The only thing I would change is charging a small battery pack (says 5000mAh) instead of the electronic device allowing us to charge them in the evening instead.
