I know what you mean. I was gutted when I seemed to be putting on weight last week. But you'll have varriences. My GF doesn't think I should wiegh myself daily for that reason. Personally I like seeing the variations and it helps to refocus me each morning.
Ultimately though the key is where you are over a month+ period and what your measurements are.
Yeah I guess it's hard to look at the bigger picture sometimes.
Back studying from tomorrow which means I'll have 2 days a week when I can't work out.
But I've decided to stay off the boozey nights until I go away on holiday, still have the odd beer here and there though.
Very tempted to join the gym and possibly put in a couple of sessions a week before work, figure if I can get down there for 7ish do 45mins-1 hour shower and work which is just around the corner for 8.
It'll mean I'll seriously have to start going to bed earlier, something I'm bad at.
