My understanding from my friend who did it was you have to choose low carb options. So basically spirits.
I'm now just below 84kg which is nice. It's interesting looking at my weights. I had a couple of evenings out which I was half dreading, but by basically not eating through most of those days it seems to have come right. Other than cycling to work I've only managed to get in a short run at the beginning of the week and then a 2-3hr ride at the weekend. So this week more exercise is the aim.
I also stocked up on meat and veg in a big way over BBQs etc over the weekend so we'll see what difference that makes over the next couple of days.
