  • @ Ed- I've been thinking about how much you're training/ racing, and all things considered- and using my recent experience as a template- I don't think you need be concerned about what you're eating. In fact I reckon you'd improve with a higher carb intake...

    Personally, I'm enjoying the last 3 days off before work and training kick in again.
    30 miles of commuting should help with things... Planning on 3 short evening 10k runs, then 1 longish weekend runs, 2 x circuit sessions, and the occasional swim/ weights session.
    This will change, as it always does, and when I join the Tri/Athletics Club.
