I thought you were a few seconds quicker than that, from my brief perusal of the timekeeper's sheet.
24:21 for me, best of the year so far on there, which is feeble but at least I'm going in the right direction. Geared down to 94" this week, and actually went quicker on Thursday than on Wednesday, usually the other way round, so even if the higher cadence isn't actually materially faster it might be better for recovery.
