What is a better wheel option for my everyday road bike?
Either some shimano r500's from ribble for £65 new OR
something like open pro's (or similar traditional quality aftermarket rims) to built onto some sort of branded hub, like 105's - 32spoke. But in a varied state of used-ness and priced something between £80-£100 accordingly
