Err no, they won't. Unfortunately you can't just take a punt with these.
The calipers are Post. The mount is IS. You need IS to Post, but which one is dictated by the spec of the IS mount on the drop-out. Given it's a road frame I'd be surprised if it won't take 140mm rotors with an IS-Post mount, but it depends on the whims of the designers of the drop-out.
