The calipers are Post. The mount is IS. You need IS to Post, but which one is dictated by the spec of the IS mount on the drop-out. Given it's a road frame I'd be surprised if it won't take 140mm rotors with an IS-Post mount, but it depends on the whims of the designers of the drop-out.
