There were temporary traffic lights at roadworks next to the car park by Robin Hood Gate yesterday lunchtime. Anti-clockwise lane blocked only for a stretch of 10 yards or so, but enough to bring you to a stop if the lights are against you and there's oncoming traffic.
I got lucky on lap one, amber-gambled on lap 2 and then held up for 2 or 3 seconds (for oncoming cars to clear) before RLJ-ing on lap 3.
Road had been dug up but it might have been filled already. Any reports more recent than afternoon of Monday 1st July?
