Saw that forum too. I have a Garmin 200 which will take the direct export just fine but my mate's Garmin (can't remember which flavour) won't. Will try the easy GPS thing tonight. Failing that, redraw the routes (birmingham to Dulwich over 3 days) in mapmyride and take the fox from there.
