No - rotors the same size or front > rear.
I'd be surprised if the fork isn't rated for > 140mm but it wouldn't surprise me if the post mount is for 140mm rotors.
You'd just need an additional post 140 - 160 mount to run a 160 on the front.
Inelegant maybe.
