i saw a '96 master frame on Wednesday with art decor, but had been front ended with a bulge under tt by ht which made the the tt and ht drop a couple of degrees, not apparent on photos, a complete write orf, if one colour or two, poss repair/refirb, but due to colour scheme complexity you could never replicate it properly, a shame
was red and looked like the 30th anniversary edition
here's the lost cause,
I viewed on the strength of the last two images, and with the bottom, there is no real positive indication
of a bulge near head tube
