I have big love for the OpenVPN client in Android and http://www.iVPN.net

No good for app permissions, but very good for privacy when on open wifi and to prevent your mobile operator seeing what you're doing.

I know nothing about phone VPNs. Is there an app I could use existing Cisco VPN profiles with? What about Windows VPN connections - can I just enter the URLs and it'll work?
