Usually I would agree, many could go much faster if they only lost the 'aunt nelly'. That's not an issue for me, luckily, I'm rather tall at 6"5. I'm broad, which I think is mainly from deadlifting as I never do specific back or arm exercises. My aim is to lose some of the upper body size, not only to be lighter but more aerodynamic too.
