Seems like awesome progress to me!
Started at 116, was 112 last week... Was hoping another 4 kilos would have disappeared by now (despite not really doing any more exercise or eating much less[*])! I know it's not realistic... Still makes me a little grumpy it hasn't gone down by even half a kilo (actually went up, was exactly 112 last week, but I'm rounding down).
Tomorrow morning I'm flying to krakow to play polo for four days (more likely 3, but you never know!), during this time I will probably eat one meal a day and drink a lot of beer...
Usually I loose weight from a two day tourney, hopefully this will have double the effect!
i have been doing a little more exercise... But nothing compared with my old 20mile commute. And I have been trying to watch my diet...
